Chocolate Kahlua Cake

Directions

Cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend well.

2Pour into greased and lightly floured 9 1/2 inch bundt pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

Topping

1Combine 6 tablespoons of Kahlua and powdered sugar.

2While cake is still warm in pan, poke holes in cake; pour liqueur mixture over.

3Allow cake to cool in pan at least 2 hours before removing.

1 box chocolate cake mix

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 pkg (4.6 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

4 eggs

3/4 cup Kahlua

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon baking powder

Topping

1 cup powdered sugar

6 tablespoons Kahlua
