Chocolate Chip Refrigerator Cookies

Another recipe from Coz and Mom. Can double and store in freezer. Variation substitute butterscotch chips and brown sugar.

Directions

1Thoroughly cream butter and sugan.

2Add eggs and beat well.

3Add orange juice and zest.

4Sift flour with salt and soda.

5Add flour. Mix well.

6Add nuts and chocolate chips.

7Shape in cut and bake cookie rolls and wrap in parchment.

8Chill.

9Slice and bake @ 350 for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

1 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Sugar

2 Eggs Slightly beaten

2 T Orange juice

1 T Orange zest

2 3/4 Cup Flour

1/4 t salt

1/4 t baking soda

1/2 Cup chopped walnuts

1 8 oz package mini chocolate chip
