Directions

1Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of oil. Place in double boiler or slow cooker. Add chilies, tomatoes and seasonings and cook until soupy. Add cheeses and heat until cheese melts.

2Serve with corn chips.

Ingredients

1 pound Velvetta Cheese, cubed

5 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

1 can diced green chilis

3 tomatoes, peeled & chopped

garlic powder

salt

medium onion, chopped

Jalapeno chili pepper, finely chopped
