Directions

Filling

1Mix the first four ingredients and set aside.

Sauce

1Mix soup, enchilada sauce, green chiles and milk together.

2Add seasonings.

3Stir until smooth. It sometimes helps to heat the mixture.

To Assemble

1Spread about a cup of the sauce in the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.

2Soften tortillas in hot oil for a few seconds.

3Fill with chicken filling and roll.

4Place seam side down in a baking dish.

5Pour remaining sauce over top and add more grated cheese.

6Bake in a 350 for about 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped lettuce and tomatoes.

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup longhorn cheese, grated

1/2 cup sour cream

Sauce

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can green chili enchilada sauce

1 can chopped green chiles

1/4 cup milk

garlic salt, oregano

12 corn tortillas
