Directions

1Make sure all ingredients are chilled.

2Divide the greens evenly on four plates. Garnish with shrimp, avocado, asparagus, nuts and raspberries.

3Top with salad dressing.

1 pound assorted salad greens

1 pound shrimp, cooked, shelled & deveined

2 avocado, peel & sliced

24 asparagus tips, cooked, chilled

1/2 cup walnut pieces

1/2 pint raspberries

Champagne salad dressing
