Carolina Pulled Pork Barbeque

Directions

1Combine all ingredients except pork in heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Sauce should not fall below 140 degrees.

3Add 32 ounces of pulled pork.

4Reheat.

You can make the pork from scratch by slow roasting a pork butt roast or buy it already roasted and pulled. Costco has a good product that has no sauce.

Serve on good rolls with coleslaw on the meat or on the side.

Ingredients

4 ounces cider vinegar

5 ounces water

2 ounces whole-grained mustard

1/2 teaspoon paprika

3 ounces honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 ounces onion, finely diced

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

2 pounds of cooked pulled pork
