Cantonese Pork Tenderloin

Directions

1Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.

2Pour over pork and marinate 3-4 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.

3Grill over medium-hot coals for 9-11 minutes per side, basting frequently with marinade.

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut oil

1/4 cup Hoisin sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup rice wine vinegar

1/4 cup Sherry

1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 whole green onion, finely chopped

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced

3 pork tenderloins
