This is a rich butter cookie that looks beautiful in an arrangement with other cookies.

  • Yields: Three dozen

Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add egg yolks and then flour.

3Roll into balls, press with finger to make small dip and fill with jam of choice.

4Bake at 325 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes.

1 cup sugar

4 egg yolks

4 cups flour
