Directions

1Cut sausage in bite size pieces.

2Place bread cubes in the bottom of a greased 4 quart casserole dish.

3Add sausage and cheese.

4Beat eggs, add milk and soup.

5Pour over all. Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds link sausage, cooked

8 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed

1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated

4 eggs

1 can mushroom soup

2 1/4 cups milk
