Directions
1Thinly slice beef into strips and mix well in a bowl with corn starch. Set aside.
2Prep the vegetables. Set aside.
3Mix oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
4Heat a wok until smoking slightly on medium-high heat. Add 2 Tablespoons of oil.
5Sear the beef 3-5 minutes. Remove from wok and set aside.
6Add 2 Tablespoons of oil, the garlic, ginger and vegetables to the pan. Stir fry on medium heat until tender.
7Add the noodles and beef back to the pan. Mix well. Cover the pan for a couple of minutes.
8Add sauce mixture to pan and mix well. Stir fry for another minute .
