Cauliflower Rice with Shrimp

Directions
1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until opaque. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan; set aside
2Add frozen cauliflower rice and broth. Cook 5 minutes or until liquid has evaporated.
3Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add shrimp and season to taste.
4Garnish with chives and lemon wedges.
