Trout Almondine

Directions

1Melt butter in microwave. Add almonds and heat on full power for 3 minutes.

2Arrange trout in a shallow baking dish.

3Place one tablespoon of butter on each piece of fish.

4Sprinkle with lemon juice.

5Cook on full power for 8 -10 minutes.

6Sprinkle with the almonds and serve.

1/3 cup butter

1/2 cup slivered almonds

4 8 ounce trout fillets

4 tablespoons butter

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

salt & pepper
