Directions

1Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke and horseradish.

2Drain and flake salmon and add to mixture. Mix well.

3Shape into a log and roll in pecans and parsley.

4Chill.

Serve with water crackers.

8 oz cream cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons onion, grated

1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 can salmon (13 ounce)

1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
