Wash radishes and slice sliver thin. 2Remove the coarse stem from the watercress and chop like you would parsley. 3Chill lettuce and radishes. Dressing 1In a small bowl mix the oil, lemon juice, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, mustard and sugar. 2Add the chopped watercress and stir well. Chlll 3Before serving tear the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with remaining salt; add the drained sliced radishes and toss with the dressing.
