Pots de Creme Chocolat

Directions

1Place chocolate, vanilla and salt in a blender.

2Bring cream to a boil and pour over chocolate. Blend until smooth.

3Add egg yolks and blend again until smooth, about 5 seconds.

4Pour into pot de creme pots and cover.

5Refrigerate until firm, four hours or overnight.

6Top with whipped cream to serve.

3/4 pound semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups cream

6 egg yolks
