Pecan Pie

Directions

1Cream sugar and butter; add syrup and salt. Beat well.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time.

3Arrange pecans in a nine inch unbaked pastry lined pie pan.

4Pour egg-sugar mixture over all.

5Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

1/4 cup butter

1 cup light corn syrup

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 eggs

1 cup pecans

Single pie shell, unbaked
