Directions

1Cook green beans until just tender, drain. In a medium pan melt butter over medium-low heat, add pepper and parsley, stir to blend. Add beans and cook until thoroughly heated. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with cashews.

1 1/2 pounds green beans

3 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 cup dry roasted cashews
