1In a bowl, stir together the flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix in the cereal. With a pastry blender or two knives, cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the eggs, milk, and apricots.
2Turn out onto a floured board and knead about 6 times; divide dough into thirds.
3On a greased baking sheet, pat each third into a 5-inch circle about 1/2 inch thick. With a floured knife, cut each round into 6 wedges.
4Bake in the middle of a 400 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack, separating the wedges.
