Garlic Grits

Directions

1Cook grits according to package directions.

2Melt butter, cheese whiz and garlic powder together. Beat egg and milk together.

3Add all to grits and continue to cook a little longer until completed combined.

4Put into buttered casserole and top with bread crumbs or crumbled Ritz crackers.

5Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Freezes well before baking.

Ingredients

1 cup grits, uncooked

1 cube butter

6 oz cheese whiz

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg + enough milk to make 1 cup
